Florida State University Business Review

Florida State University Business Review Volume 22 will be published in Spring of 2023.

We are seeking manuscripts on diverse and novel topics related to Business Law. We welcome both full length articles and shorter notes; however, Florida State University Business Review strongly prefers articles under 25,000 words in length – the equivalent of 50 law review pages – including text and footnotes. Please refer to HeinOnline or Westlaw to review our past publications.

Submissions should conform to the following specifications:

1. File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx file) or Adobe PDF file, with word count displayed
2. Documents should be formatted in 12-point font (or larger) with footnotes preferred.
3. Attachments: Cover Letter or Abstract and CV or Resume
4. Citations should conform to the most recent edition of The Bluebook, with citations to Florida sources conforming to the Florida Style Manual.

Florida State University Business Review carefully reviews all submissions that it receives and notifies authors of decisions via email.
